We developed the forward PSFPI strategy for the region, including conclusions and recommendations to help inform the future delivery of the public food procurement strategy for the region.

Provided a detailed evaluation of current activity, including research and reporting of best practice from around the UK.

We quantified the size of the regional food market at £12m p.a.

This resulted in the appointment of a full time PSFPI Co-ordinator for the East Midlands and a series of jointly funded events and delivery projects on behalf of various LEA and public sector bodies within the region (see Leicestershire County Council case study)
